Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and luck2 ("luck2", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the luck2 platform located at https://luck2.org, including all associated services, features, games, promotional offers, and payment facilities.

By accessing the luck2 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the luck2 platform.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the luck2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the platform.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the luck2 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register as members.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested permanent account closure with luck2.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) luck2 account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

luck2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address at any point during the registration process or thereafter. This may include government-issued identification such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other acceptable documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your luck2 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your luck2 account and not reuse credentials from other platforms.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify luck2 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as luck2 has been formally notified of a security breach and has had a reasonable opportunity to act.

luck2 will never contact you to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from luck2 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

luck2 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any of the rights associated with it to any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the luck2 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck2 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. luck2 does not permit the use of third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. luck2 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied in full.
• luck2 reserves the right to apply standard processing times and to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal patterns.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction after it has been credited to your luck2 account will result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

luck2 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside luck2's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fees with their bank or mobile payment provider before initiating transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

luck2 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering, once the required wagering conditions are met, are transferable to the withdrawable balance.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This multiplier applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• luck2 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus credits in cases where abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Players may only claim each promotional offer once unless the offer is explicitly stated as repeating or recurring.

Participation in any luck2 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms in addition to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the luck2 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as displayed within the game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all luck2 products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the luck2 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player.
• luck2 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a material error in odds, lines, or game configuration has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. Affected players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, luck2's interpretation of the official result shall be final.
• luck2 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently verified and cannot be influenced by the player or by luck2 staff.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific rules. Jackpot winnings above a certain threshold may be paid in structured instalments as detailed in the applicable game rules.

luck2 reserves the right to suspend or close any game or betting market at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or operational reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be given, but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one luck2 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live casino games such as baccarat or blackjack.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or unintended game configurations for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Attempting to launder funds through the luck2 platform or using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using the platform while self-excluded, whether through a personal self-exclusion request or a third-party exclusion scheme.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards luck2 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the luck2 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck2 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck2 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any luck2 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any luck2 software or content.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use luck2 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the platform without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of luck2 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account transaction history or personal information, where such loss is not caused by luck2's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network failures outside luck2's direct control.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers whose content is accessible through the luck2 platform.
• Any failure to comply with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction arising from your own decision to access and use the luck2 platform.

luck2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and a high-quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, regulatory actions, or telecommunications failures.

Responsible Gaming

luck2 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and recognise that problem gambling can have serious personal and financial consequences for affected individuals and their families.

The luck2 platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. As a responsible gaming operator, luck2 provides the following tools and resources to assist players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and maximum session duration limits to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

luck2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luck2 will notify registered members through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed upon next login, an email to the registered account address, or a notice on the luck2 platform.

The revised Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on the platform. Your continued use of the luck2 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

luck2 recommends that all members review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current rules governing use of the platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luck2 holds its international gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, luck2 operates a formal complaints procedure. Written complaints submitted to [email protected] will be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded to substantively within 14 business days. luck2's decision on formal complaints shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
